Our Spa and Fitness Center is your retreat to relax, meet new friends, and manage your health and wellness.

Indulge yourself for an hour or the entire day. Our relaxing Spa will rejuvenate the body, revitalize the soul, and relax the mind. Our professional staff offers a full menu of spa services, from massages and facials, to body treatments, teeth whitening and more.

Our facilities include three treatment rooms, shower amenities, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and lockers for your convenience. We invite you to arrive early and enjoy our relaxation area. Robes and towels are always available for your use.

Fitness

Whether you’re just looking stay healthy and active, or you’re seeking the guidance and motivation to reach the next level of your fitness goals, our friendly and experienced staff will help you get there. Our 10,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art fitness facility offers a full line of weight resistance equipment, 20-pieces of cardio equipment, yoga, and group classes, along with physical and personal training.

  • Personal Training
    • Our team of certified fitness professionals will develop and implement an individualized program just for you. We will address all five classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Offered in 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions, we have a variety of single session, or multi-session packages available to meet your training needs.

  • Group Classes
    • The Club at Quail Ridge's Spa & Fitness Center offers a number of fun and engaging group classes throughout the year. Our schedule is always changing, so be sure to contact us to learn more about our current offerings.

  • Stretch Therapy
    • Take your flexibility and overall wellness to the next level with our Stretch Therapy program. Experience a one-on-one session with one of our fitness professionals; enjoy a relaxing, fully passive, full body stretch. Available in 30-minute sessions.

  • Nutrition
    • We are here to meet your dietary needs with private nutrition counseling. Reward yourself, learn how good nutrition can change your life. Full schedule available at the fitness center.

  • Pilates
    • Pilates exercises train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health. Available in private sessions, single sessions or multi-session packages.
