• General Manager, C.O.O.

      Bill has served as the Chief Operating Officer/General Manager of Quail Ridge Country Club since August of 2013. In his role at Quail Ridge, Bill is responsible for the Country Club operations with 36 holes of golf, 16 tennis courts, a Spa & Fitness center and our new, 63,000 sq. ft. clubhouse opening Fall 2017. In addition, he is responsible for the Quail Ridge Property Owners Association (P.O.A.), Quail Ridge Condominium Association, and Quail Ridge Realty.

      The Community consists of 946 Condominiums, villas and custom homes. There are 24 separate Condominium Associations, 29 pools and miles of walking trails. The real estate operation generates more than 90% of all sales transactions completed annually in Quail Ridge.

      Prior to joining Quail Ridge, Bill served as the VP of Clubs in The Woodlands Texas where he developed several highly regarded private club communities including The Club at Carlton Woods and The Club at Carlton Woods Creekside, featuring acclaimed golf courses by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio. Bill had total responsibility of 135 holes of golf, six clubhouses and a separate athletic club during his tenure at The Woodlands.

      Bill’s career spans more than 35 years in the Club Industry including locations such as Atlanta, Hilton Head Island and Sea Island GA. He has served on the National Board of The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) for the past seven years along, with several other charity and golf tournament boards. He and his wife Susan love spoiling their grandson Branson, travelling, golf, boating and motorcycles! 

  • Chief Financial Officer

      Andrew joined the Quail Ridge team in July of 2003, starting first as the Controller before his promotion to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September of 2006. He began his career at McGladrey and Pullen, LLP in West Palm Beach, where he served as a Manager for 8 years. He then served as the Director of Business Operations for EFTC, Corp. in Ft. Lauderdale; Chief Financial Officer for Metro FiberLink, Inc. in Delray Beach; and worked as an Independent Financial Consultant for AJT Financial Consulting, Inc. in Delray Beach. Andrew earned his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 1985, and soon after, earned his certification as a Florida CPA. In addition to his professional background, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the Quail Ridge Leadership Team, with experience in setting up core budget tools, co-authoring of both reorganization and crisis plans; playing significant roles in the planning and monitoring of capital improvement and construction projects totaling $40 Million, including the construction of a new $22.75M Clubhouse; and has extensive experience in the areas of leadership, financial management of private clubs and property owners associations, and a sound understanding of Quail Ridge’s value proposition and drivers.

  • Director of Operations

      Carl joined Quail Ridge in May of 2017 as the new Director of Operations, coming from The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, where he was the Director of Food and Beverage. Carl brings over 16 years of knowledge and expertise in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage industry. Previous positions include General Manager of Food & Beverage for the Ritz Carlton South Beach, and Food and Beverage Manager for Ritz Carlton Palm Beach. He also brings with him, management knowledge of daily operations, marketing strategies, identifying and resolving issues, and budgeting. Carl's accomplishments have included: successfully increasing sales and market share, building strong performing teams, opening new venues, being named Restaurant Manager of the Year and developing and implementing a variety of Food & Beverage programs. He is proficient with providing five star, award-winning service, operational efficiency, mentoring, planning and executing. Carl holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Nova University in South Florida.

  • Directory of Agronomy

      Joe is a Class A Member of GCSAA and has over 20 years of experience leading golf course management and maintenance at private golf clubs. He has been with Quail Ridge Country Club since 2011, when he began as the Golf Course Superintendent, and was later promoted to Director of Agronomy in February of 2016. Joe is originally from western North Carolina, where he graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Turfgrass Management. While in college, he completed an internship with Mountain Air CC in Burnsville, NC. After graduation, he started as Assistant Superintendent at Wolf Laurel CC in Mars Hill, NC, and was promoted to Superintendent from 1995-1998. In 1998, he moved to Florida and served as Assistant Superintendent for Oak Tree CC from 1998-2003. From 2003-2011, he worked for Royal Palm Yacht & CC. He continues to be a leader in his profession to benefit the Quail Ridge membership, including volunteering for the 2013 US Open Championship at Merion Golf Club.

  • Clubhouse Manager - Food & Beverage

      Rochelle joined Quail Ridge Country Club as the Clubhouse Manager-Food and Beverage from Loews Miami Beach, where she was the Restaurant General Manager. Rochelle brings over 15 years of knowledge and expertise in the hospitality and Food & Beverage industry. Previous positions include Restaurant Manager, Director of Recreation, F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager for numerous Ritz Carlton properties and IRD Assistant Manager for the Four Seasons Resort in Miami, FL. She brings her management knowledge of daily operations, marketing strategies, identifying and resolving issues, and budgeting. Rochelle's accomplishments have included; successfully increasing their sales, building strong performing teams, opening new venues for the Ritz, and developing and implementing a variety of Food & Beverage programs.

  • Assistant Clubhouse Manager

      Kim Fonacier  joined Quail Ridge Country Club as the Assistant Clubhouse Manager-Food and Beverage and comes to us with over 14 years of food and beverage management and member service experiences.  Having served most recently, as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage from Royal Palm Yacht Country Club in Boca Raton, FL he brings his knowledge of daily food and beverage operations, business development, and building member relationships. Kim’s previous positions have been with the Polo Club of Boca Raton as their Beverage Director/Restaurant Manager and Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success , NY as the Bar Manager/Restaurant Manager.  Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Studies from Miriam College in the Philippines and an Associate’s Degree from San Francisco State University.  He is also certified as a level 1 Court of Master Sommelier and maintains his Hospitality Management certification.

  • Community Association Manager

      Barbarann joined the Quail Ridge team in 2011, where she began as the Assistant to the Community Association Manager and ARB Compliance Coordinator. She then went on to serve as the Assistant Property Manager, and currently serves as our Community Association Manager. Barbarann is a Native Floridian, born in Palm Beach County, and brings with her over 22 years of experience. She served previously as the Executive Assistant/Property Manager for a private individual for 11 years, and 6 years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for Ashem Group. She is also a licensed Community Association Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA); a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional for Green Buildings); and a licensed Real Estate agent. In addition, Barbarann is actively working toward achieving the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, and serves as a Member of Community Associations Institute since 2006, serving on their Annual Golf Tournament Committee for 5 years (volunteered at the event for 9 years), and served as a Director on the Board of Sandpiper Condominium Association in North Palm Beach, Florida.

  • Community Services Director

      Mike joined Quail Ridge in 2008. He started at the Director of General Maintenance, and was promoted to Director of Community Services in 2013. Prior to joining the Quail Ridge team, Mike served for 5 years as Building Manager for Everglades Club, Inc.; and also served for 5 years as a Regional Property Manager for Dickinson Management, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, and holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license.

  • Director of Community Safety

      Eric joined the Quail Ridge team in 2005, and has been the Director of Community Safety for over 10 years. Prior to serving our community, Eric held positions as SGT. at St. Andrews Country Club; LT. at Seasons Racquetball and Tennis; LT. at Addison Reserve; and Director at the Delaire Country Club. Eric attended Nassau Community College where he studied Respiratory Therapy; and has trained as a First Responder. He is also certified in CPR, AED and First Aid. In addition, Eric holds a number of licenses and permits, including: Security Licenses, D Class Unarmed, G Class Armed, Security Agency Managers (MB) Florida State License, and is a Notary Public, State of Florida. Eric is also a member of ASIS International, the leading organization for security professionals worldwide; BPAT - Business Partners Against Terrorism; and GCSMA - the Gated Community Security Managers Association.

  • Controller

      Rhonda joined the Quail Ridge Accounting team in 2013. She brought with her, over 37 years of accounting experience and club expertise. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in New York, Rhonda held numerous accounting and Controller roles throughout Florida, including positions at Turnberry Isle Country Club, Bonaventure Country Club, and Club Corporation of America, amongst others. She then served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Operations for Palm Aire Country Club, and later as the Regional Controller for ClubLink US Corporation. Rhonda also earned her Certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee in 1993.

  • Executive Chef

      Reza joined Quail Ridge Country Club as the Executive Chef in 2017, bringing with him over 15 years of culinary experience. Having served most recently as the area Chef for the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL, he brings expertise with elevated cuisine creations and culinary design to the Club. Reza will provide extensive management knowledge in staff training, daily operations, graphic design, budgeting, inventory and cost control. Reza's expertise in the culinary field comes from serving as the Chef Tournant at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel, the Chef de Cuisine Garde Manger and Sr. Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes Orlando, and Chef Tournant at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center in Ohio. His accomplishments have included: launching a grand opening, successfully increasing food revenues, building strong relationships, developing and creating exquisite dishes, and implementing unique menu designs Reza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in advertising and graphic design from Youngstown State University in Ohio. He has also studied at the State University of Antwerpen in Belgium and the University of Jayabaya in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are thrilled to have Reza with the Club and know he will make a wonderful addition to the culinary and food and beverage teams.

  • Director of Golf

      A native of New England and a graduate of Bryant University, Dan joined the Quail Ridge professional staff in October 1998. Having worked his way up through the ranks, Dan is responsible for overseeing the entire Golf Operation. As a Certified PGA Member, Dan and his staff are dedicated to achieving excellence and providing the highest level of personalized service to all members and guests. Aside from golf, Dan enjoys spending time traveling, dining, wine tasting and entertaining with Members. 

  • Horticulturist

      Sathena is the longest tenured member of the Quail Ridge staff, having joined the team on April 20, 1974. She began her career at Turf Grass Specialties, where she served as the President from 1965-1972. She and her husband played a critical role as part of the team in the Development of Delray Dunes Country Club from 1966-1972. Following her husband’s passing in 1972, Sathena worked in the planning/permitting of Quail Ridge. She officially joined the Quail Ridge Property Owners Association (P.O.A.) in 1974, and has served as the Horticulturist ever since, having also served as the Director of Landscaping. Sathena earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia; and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in horticulture has been integral to maintaining the beauty of our community’s over 600 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, ensuring that the flowers, plants, trees, and even the birds and butterflies, remain the center of what makes Quail Ridge so special.

  • Director of Human Resources

      Tracey joined Quail Ridge in August of 2014 as the Director of Human Resources. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, starting her career at the Radisson Suites Hotel where she worked in Human Resources. She then served as the Human Resources Coordinator for Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton, and later served as the Vice President and Human Resources Manager for First Southern Bank. Tracey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University (FAU), and has earned the HR certifications, PHR and SHRM-CP.  

  • Director of Marketing & Membership

      Brian joined the executive team with over 20 years of Marketing and Sales experience. His experience includes Director of Marketing for Troon, Palm Beach Gardens, FL overseeing their property, BallenIsles Country Club, where he brings his management knowledge of daily operations, public/media relations, marketing and sales strategies, branding, and budgeting to Quail Ridge executive team.  Brian's expertise in Marketing comes from a variety of roles including, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Brickell Group in Palm Beach, Director of Marketing for St. Regis Resort Residences, and senior Marketing roles with The Ritz-Carlton in Florida and the Caribbean. His accomplishments have included; successful brand launches, sales and marketing planning, building strong   Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Marketing, and Communications from the University of Central Florida.

  • Real Estate Director
    • ANN JARA

      Ann joined Quail Ridge in 2008 as the Real Estate Director for our on-site realty office. She’s responsible for consistently producing over 85% of all sales within the community, with a consistent track record of high level professional service and extensive market knowledge. Prior to joining the Quail Ridge team, Ann served as a Controller for St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, FL from 1989-1997. She then served as a Broker-Associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Delray Beach from 1997-2002, and a Broker-Principal for Coastal Commercial Group, LLC in Delray Beach from 2002-2008. Ann is a Certified Residential Specialist/CRS – the highest designation awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. She’s also certified as an e-PRO®, as well as a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist/RSPS. 

  • Rental Manager

      Julia Kogutiak has joined Quail Ridge as the new Rental Manager and comes to us with over 11 years of events, sales, hospitality, and customer service experience.  Having served most recently, as the Catering Sales and Events Coordinator at the Marriott Hotel in Santa Clara, CA she brings her knowledge of daily operations, business development, building client/customer relationships, budgeting, and execution of events. Julia’s previous position was with the Hotel De Anza in San Jose, CA as a Food and Beverage Manager, as well as, previous roles at the Ritz Carlton South Beach,  Fontainebleau hotel, Grand Beach hotel, and Eden Roc hotel in Miami, FL.   Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Hospitality Leadership from Alpine College in Athens, Greece and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from National Precarpathian University of Ukraine. 

  • Social Activities & Events Manager
    • Derek Wilson

      Derek joined Quail Ridge in April 2018 as that Social Activities and Events Manager, bringing with him, over 8 years of events, banquets, and customer service experience. Having served most recently as the Banquet Manager at Broken Sound Country Club in Boca Raton, he has extensive knowledge of daily food and beverage/events operations, business development, building member relationships, budgeting, and full execution of events. Derek has worked directly with chefs to design and personalize event menus and plan customized events to ensure a smooth and polished outcome for members. He previously worked with Lauderdale Yacht Club as their Catering Manager, and Thousand Oaks Golf Club as the Assistant Banquet Manager. Derek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Public Relations/Hospitality from Cornerstone University.

  • Director of Spa & Fitness

      Lisa joined Quail Ridge Country Club in October of 2008 as Director of Spa and Fitness. Prior to that she spent ten years as the Director of Health and Fitness at the Jupiter Island Club in Jupiter, Florida, was recruited by the owners of the Westmore Club in Nantucket Massachusetts to open their new 20,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness center, managed the Aveda Concept Spa in Boulder, Colorado and was a member of the Bally’s Total Fitness Aerobics Demo Team. She is a Founding member of the CSFA (Club Spa and Fitness Association) and served as an officer on their Board of Directors for 4 years. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in spa and fitness management as well as 15 years of experience in designing, developing and operating spas and fitness centers. She graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Sports Medicine and Corporate Fitness.

  • Director of Tennis

      Scott joined Quail Ridge as the Director of Tennis in 2000. He previously served as the Director of Tennis for the City of Lighthouse Point in Florida from 1983-2000. Scott played for North Carolina State University on a tennis scholarship from 1980-83, and ranked #12 nationally, #5 in Florida and ranked #1 in Florida in Doubles. Scott is a second generation Director of Tennis. His father, Fred Fleming, was the Quail Ridge Director of Tennis from 1977-1997.

  • Dining Room Manager

      Alex has been a member of the Quail Ridge food and beverage department for over 3 years. His previous club experience includes Hunters Run where he worked in a variety of areas within their food and beverage department.
