The rental units are owned by our members who only use them a few weeks out of the year and all the details of renting, billing and housekeeping are handled by our staff. They are a useful amenity for our membership in general and provide an affordable way of their owners to enjoy Quail Ridge a few weeks a year with off-setting rental income when they are not in residence.
